Collective Space is a coworking and community hub in the Cowichan Valley.

Apply early if you have a date in mind — approval usually takes a few business days, then you’ll sign the member agreement and pay the $20/month digital membership before booking online.

How membership works

Here’s the path from apply to booking — nothing tricky, just a few clear steps:

Get approved
We review applications and email you — usually within a few business days.
Sign in
Open or create your Collective Earth account with the same email you applied with.
Member agreement
A short agreement the first time you open Collective Space — then you’re ready to continue.
Pay $20/month
Digital membership unlocks online booking. Room or desk plans are separate if you want them.
Book your room
Reserve desks, private offices, or the Big Room when you need them.
